To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our shipping, return and exchange policy below.

Shipping Information

At HERIMYST, we are dedicated to providing a transparent and efficient shipping experience.

  • Shipping Territory: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

  • Processing & Shipping Time: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order standard designs are made and shipped within two weeks after order confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery timing is the applicable pre-shipment timeframe above plus the estimated 5-8 business days in transit. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the following periods, measured from the date of delivery:

  • Jewelry without pearls: Within 30 days of delivery.

  • Pearl jewelry: Within 14 days of delivery. This includes jewelry containing cultured pearls, regardless of the metal used in the setting.

These are deadlines for requesting a return or exchange. Eligible items must also meet the condition requirements below. Pearls are organic gems that require more delicate care, so pearl jewelry has a shorter return-request window.

Orders placed before this policy change retain the return window stated at the time of purchase. This return window does not limit assistance for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with no signs of wear

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and all accessories intact

  • Earrings must be unworn and unused for hygiene reasons

  • Made-to-order standard designs: Standard HERIMYST designs, including made-to-order standard pieces, may be returned or exchanged if they meet the eligibility requirements and the applicable 30-day or 14-day request period above. Custom, personalized, or specially modified pieces remain subject to the exclusions below.

  • Pearl jewelry: Pearls may be examined but must not be worn or used. Returned pearls must retain their original surface condition, without scratches, discoloration, or residue from cosmetics, perfume, or other products.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings that have been worn or show signs of use

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories

  • Custom, engraved, personalized, specially modified, or bespoke pieces are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

  • Limited edition or final-sale items
