Return & Exchange Window

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn and unused
In original condition, with no signs of wear
Returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and all accessories intact
Earrings must be unworn and unopened for hygiene reasons

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings that have been worn or show signs of use
Items missing original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry
Limited edition or final-sale items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team with:

Your order number
Reason for return or exchange
Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Inspection & Processing

Returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.
If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and approved.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, return shipping will be covered by us.
For all other returns or exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
